Where Human Connection Meets Clinical Innovation

Helping people—and the systems that care for them—create meaningful change.

I believe the space between knowing and doing is where transformation happens. Whether I'm working with therapy clients or advising healthcare organizations, my goal is the same: helping people move beyond insight and create lasting change. Through evidence-based therapy, clinical strategy, and thoughtful innovation, I help people, and the systems that support them, work better.

About Me

Whether I'm sitting across from a therapy client or advising a healthcare organization, my work begins with the same question: What actually helps people create lasting change?

I'm a licensed therapist, behavioral health strategist, and lifelong student of human behavior. Over the past decade, I've worked across nearly every corner of behavioral healthcare: from hospitals, schools, nonprofits, and group practices to digital health startups and private practice.

Along the way, I've published articles and a book, spoken at conferences and on podcasts, and partnered with organizations shaping the future of mental healthcare. No matter the setting, I've come to the same conclusion: the best care is grounded in evidence, strengthened by genuine human connection, and designed in a way that people can actually use.

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me watching a true crime documentary...or a Disney movie. There's very little in between, and somehow that feels fitting. I like to think the same curiosity that makes me wonder why people do what they do is what keeps me passionate about this work.

Whether you're looking for a therapist or a strategic partner, I'm glad you're here.

Whether you're looking for personal growth or building the future of behavioral healthcare, I'd love to learn more about what you're working toward.
